IMT has choosen for an electric material handler for loading containers with metals and their scrap shear because the there is no any emission of the material handler. Also important are she cost savings for maintenance. • The Atlas 550 MH-LC-Electric material handler has an operational weight of 66 tons. It is working with an original Atlas grab (600 Liter). A bigger grab is possible. IMT has choosen for the 600 liter grabe because the size for loading the vertical standing containers with material. The Atlas 550 MH-LC-Electric has an working reach of 21,9 meter. The counterweight weighs 17,2 ton and is 2 ton heavier. The cabine has a special cabine lift. The cabine has an hydraulic cabine lift and can be adjusted in heigth, but also adjusted to the front. The cabine can be lowered to the ground level. So the operator can safe clim in his cabine. The undercarriage has an track weidht of 5.560 mm. The length of the crawlers is 6.600 mm.
