On the weekend i went and watched a strongman comp, i had my camera with me and so i filmed some events, until my camera ran out of batteries. • The yoke they carry is 180kg the farmers walk was 300kg, the DB they overhead pressed was 60kg with a 3.5 inch grip i dont know the other ones though • The tyre was 280kg and the wheelbarrow was 180kg • Ive never been to a strongman comp but it was way bettre than a powerlifting comp thats for sure.
