At time 16.36, the fuel pump gasket and diaphragm was installed incorrectly. Placing the diaphragm towards the grove side will likely damage the diaphragm and engine won't run properly. I should place the gasket first before the diaphragm. I wondered how the engine ran! Thanks for clearly watching 1hr full video. Kudos to Bertrand Wangsanegara for identifying this incorrect gasket/diaphragm placement.
