Keep turning the sides so all the sides are cooked evenly. ( Do not overcook the chicken should remain tender and juicy) • Shashlik sticks can be baked. Preheat oven at 180 degrees and bake shashlik stick for 15-20 minutes. • Sauce • In a saucepan add ketchup, water, salt, black pepper and rosemary. cook sauce for it for 2-3 minutes. • • Recipe in Urdu: • Ajza: • Boneless Chicken ½ Kg • Adrak/ Lehsan 1 Tablespoon • Namak 1 Teaspoon • Lal Mirch ½ Tablespoon • Dhania ½ Tablespoon • Haldi ¼ Teaspoon • Sirka 1 Tablespoon • Soya Sauce 1 Tablespoon • Garam Masala ¼ Teaspoon • Shimla Mirch 1 • Tamatar 1 • Pyaz 1 • Shashlik Sticks 10-12 • Sauce: • Tomato Ketchup ½ Cup • Rosemary ½ Teaspoon • Kali Mirch 1 Teaspoon • Chinese Salt ¼ Teaspoon • Salt to taste • Pani ½ Cup • Bananay ka tareeka: • Aik pyalay me cube shape me kati hui chicken, adrak/ lehsan or baki dusre masalay shamil kr k 1 ghanta marinate kr lain. • Shimla mirch, pyaz or tamatar ko chakor shape me kat lain. • Ab chicken aur upar batae gyi sabzio ko shashlik stick me laga lain. • Aik frying pan mai 2 tablespoon oil dal k garam karain or wo shashlik sticks fry karlen. Un ko ghumatay rahain or side badalte rahain takay wo achi tarah se pak jaen. • Shashlik sticks ko bake bhi karsakte hain. Bake karne keliye 180 degrees pe oven preheat karlen aur 15-20 minute keliye bake karlen. • Sauce • Aik saucepan mai ketchup, pani, namak, kali mirch, chines namak aur rosemary mila lain or 2-3 minute pakne den aur phir shashlik stick ke sath serve Karen.
