You can get the shotgun from the living room and threaten the son so he tells you the stash location. It's outside of the house, on the side to the right of the entrance. There’s a little hole in the side of the house with a crate inside. Loot the crate and be sure to loot everything inside as well, especially the Premium Cigarette Packs in the chest of the son's room and the shotgun from the living room.
