Pressure treated lumber used to be the norm for framing decks but the decline in the quality, stability, and consistency of PT lumber has led us to use galvanized steel for the frames of all the new decks we build. • This provides a permanently glass flat deck surface that will NEVER rot, twist, warp or sag.
