The next installment of the live videos and tracks from the #palebluedotrecord album release party at @familybusinessbeerco in February 2023! • This one, Pale Blue Dot , is the title track for the album and was inspired by Carl Sagan and a picture taken by the Voyager spacecraft as it made its way out of our solar system. Like many, I'm concerned about the fate of the human race and our impact on the planet. Music provides me with one outlet for facing these fears and keeping my focus on beauty and goodness around me. • Do you dream about the vastness of space? Or do you live inside your mind? • Maybe if our leaders had more imagination and knowledge about our place in space, they wouldn't be so quick to attack each other. • All of these armies and all of these wars, for a piece of a pale blue dot. • When will these wars end? • This was recorded by #redsuncreative @markcaddell and the tracks were mixed by Matt Parmenter @tormenter over at @icfstudio where the studio album was recorded. • The thumbnail image was provided by @ruleofthirdsphotos (instagram). • A very special thank you to the Longhorn Singers from UT Austin who sang along with me from the crowd at this special event - be sure to watch all the way to the end to see a special reprise of the chorus from these talented young singers! • I hope you like this and there are just a couple tracks to come!
