Classic Sugar Skull Makeup Tutorial Halloween 2014 • There are hundreds of Sugar Skull makeup tutorials on youtube but this is my version! :) • I apologise in advance for some parts of the tutorial being skipped (the part where I apply white down my neck and shape out the contours of the collar bones etc) I was using a new camera and a couple of times it wasn't filming when I thought it was!
