I talked to Mark Arnott in 2014. He was a little shy about the footage, but after looking at it all these years later, I decided that there's a lot of wisdom in these clips that I want to show you guys. Arnott runs Arnott Kenpo, probably the best Kenpo place that I've visited in my travels. For those of you who like hybrid traditional martial arts, Arnott Kenpo in Eagle Rock is a place to check out. If you pay close attention, this footage was actually grabbed in South Pasadena back when they were based there.
