Hello mga ka Kusina sa mga nagtatanong po kung saan ko nabili ang steamer sa shopee po. • Bali dalawa po ang steamer na gamit ko yung isa medyo mura at yung isa medyo pricey pero quality naman siya😊🫰 • Share ko nalang po ang link • 3 Layer Stainless Steel Steamer And Cooking Pot • 👉 https://shope.ee/9KKksHbFCs • 👉 https://shope.ee/3pzodUMt3Z • #cheeseputo #putocheese • Puto na Pangmaramihan Ingredient and Costing • 5 cups All purpose Flour =30 • 4 and 1/2 tbsp baking powder =9 • 1 tsp salt = 1 • 2 and 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract =2 • 1 small can 140 ml evap. milk = 12 (namali lang po yung pagkatype ng nasa video na 216 ml) • 1 big can 370 ml evap.milk = 21 • 1/2 tsp green food color =2 • 1/2 tsp green food color=2 • Cheese strips =30 • 2 cups water =1 • 2 and 1/2 cup sugar =25 • 3 pcs large eggs @7 = 21 • 3/4 cup oil or melted butter = 12 • TOTAL COST = 168 • 168 x .40 = 67.2 • 168 + 67.2= 235.2 • 235.2 ÷ 100 pcs. =2.352 • 2.352 x 1.70 = 3.998 • 3.998 or 4 Pesos is the SRP • • 100 po na piraso ang nagawa ko po dito😊❤ • Pwede rin po kayo ang magcosting dahil minsan ang presyo ng mga bilihin ay nag iiba iba sa bawat lugar. • Narito po ang COSTING Formula and Sample Computation • Materials cost x 40% = Overhead Cost • Materials cost + overhead cost = Total Cost • Total cost ÷ Number of yields = Price per Piece • price per Piece x 1.70 = Selling Price • MATERIALS COST = includes all the ingredients that goes in the recipe. • OVERHEAD COST = includes electricity, water, gas, etc. • 1.70 is the mark up cost (tubo/interest). • • SAMPLE COMPUTATION • Halimbawa 200php nagastos mo sa ingredients i-multiply mo sya sa .40 iyan yung 40% na para sa kuryente, tubig, at gas • 200 x .40 = 80 • Tapos i-add mo ulit yung nagastos mo sa ingredients doon sa 80 • 200 + 80 = 280 • Iyan po ang kabuuang gastos mo. Ngayon i-divide mo naman yung kabuuang gastos sa piraso ng nagawa mo. • Example nakagawa ako ng 100pcs. • 280 ÷ 100 pcs = 2.8 php • Ayan yung presyo nya bawat isa wala pa jan yung TUBO mo. Ngayon i-multiply mo ulit yan sa tubo mo na 1.70 pwede pa itong bawasan/dagdagan kung sa tingin mo masyado ng mataas/mababa yung presyo. • 2.8 x 1.70 = 4.76 • (1.70 yun patong sa paninda) • 4.76 or 5 php = Ito na po ngayon yung pwede mong maging Suggested Retail Price • NOTE: • Ito po ay sample lamang, pwede nyo dagdagan yung tubo/interest (1.70) lalo na kung meron kayong tauhan na pinapasweldo.
