Free recipe below. • 5 to 6 bundles of collard greens • 1 pack smoked #turkey wings • 1 pack smoked turkey tail • 1 whole onion, chopped • 3 cloves of garlic, minced • 3 tablespoons each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning • 2 to 3 tablespoons hot sauce • 2 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar • 3 to 4 boxes of chicken broth • Place your smoked meat in a pot along with chicken broth, onions, garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Boil for 2 hours or until the meat is tender. Meanwhile, focus on preparing collards. • To clean collards, either search on Google for instructions or soak the entire leaf in water for 1 hour, ensuring you change the water each time. Clean and rinse the collards well, then cut them and soak for an additional hour. • Once the meat is tender, add your chopped collards, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and onion powder. Cook for a total of 1 hour, and 30 minutes before completion, introduce sugar, hot sauce, and any other preferred seasonings.
