I smoked a whole chicken using pecan pellets on my pit boss Austin xl. I smoked this bird at 200 degrees for 2 hours then cranked up the temperature to 300 degrees to finish off the rest of the cook. I used salt and pepper to season this chicken. Smoked Chicken is cheap and easy.
