Pre-heat oven to 375oF. • 2. Lay bacon on parchment lined sheet pan • 3. Place in oven • 4. After 5-7 minutes check to see how much fat has been rendered and poor excess off into bowl. • 5. With Tongs turn bacon over if crispy texture is desired. • 6. Remove bacon when desired crispiness has been reached. • 7.
