What is Intrathecal Baclofen Pump Therapy? • Intrathecal Baclofen Therapy (ITB) is a treatment method using a Intrathecal drug (baclofen) that is delivered into the cerebrospinal fluid around the spinal cord (intrathecal) to resolve the severe spasticity.
