Will Wilde paying tribute to Lazy Lester. • Lazy Lester was a big influence on my harp playing growing up, perhaps surprisingly, since we have such different styles. I saw him play live at Riffs Bar in Swindon when I was about 16, bought his album and used to play along to it and try to emulate his style. I love his tone, groove and simple yet solid impactful phrasing. Today would have been his 88th birthday so I am posting this video in his memory.
