But these led to intense cravings and weight rebound. That frustrating cycle lasted all of my 20s’ and the beginning of my 30s. • I discovered a sustainable, high-carb, low-fat, whole foods plant-based vegan diet. This diet not only allowed me to eat abundantly without feeling deprived but also helped me stay lean and healthy without the use of appetite suppressants like coffee or engaging in excessive exercise. I focus on eating foods like bananas, potatoes, and rice, which provide satisfying bulk without excessive calories, aligning with our body's natural preference for carbohydrates for energy. • This lifestyle change has not only improved my health and helped me manage my weight effectively, but it has also increased my longevity. I now dedicate myself to helping others adopt this healthy, sustainable diet to achieve their best, most vibrant selves without cravings or the yo-yo dieting cycle.
