Crush this full body follow-along barbell routine using a descending time scheme to push your limits! Maximize every minute, keep your heart rate high, and burn serious calories from start to finish. • I used a 20kg/44 lbs + 15kg/33 lbs + 10kg/22 lbs barbell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
