An RRSP is a registered retirement savings plan that you establish, to which you or your spouse or common-law partner contribute to use as an investment vehicle for your retirement. The great thing about RRSP accounts is that the money you put into the account can reduce your taxes and will allow to grow your investments tax free until you withdraw the funds when you hit retirement age.
