Beginner Chainmail Byzantine Bracelet

This is your intro to chainmail. The Byzantine weave is very popular and most of all, EASY...perfect for the beginner. This video is geared for the total beginner with lots of great info and if you already know how to open and close jump rings, click on the link that will take you right to the weave. • Spend some time practicing opening and closing the rings. I show you clearly how to do each step, and when I'm out of view, I'm only looking at my ring to make sure it is together properly. I repeat the steps many times so you can follow along. • I hope you like this video and you find it helpful. Chainmail is addicting and fun. I am in no way a chainmail artist so don't ask me about the rings and different weaves 'cause I don't know. but I have done many different weaves with fabulous results. Most chainmail suppliers are more than helpful with their infinite knowledge. If you come across a supplier that is rude to you, let me know. I'll fill them in. • The rings I like best for this weave are 18 gauge 5/32 .
