I ran Chadderton Hall Parkrun in 23:03 and finished 7th. It was an incredible run. • Chadderton Hall Parkrun is a quiet event. The run was quite flat and scenic despite the size of the park. The event was also a four lap course. There was a small incline that which was not too bad but, after run up it four times it does become difficult. • Someone even shook my hand at the end of the event, he was determined to keep up. Fantastic effort on his part!! I think I even met a subscriber too. • Wow over 250 subscribers!! I would like to thank everyone! Who watches and encourages me every step of the way. Thanks.
