Mariachi Nuevo Tecalitlán has a long history in mariachi music performance and recordings. The group was founded six decades ago by the late Jose Pepe Martinez, Sr. and then given to his brother Fernando when Pepe transitioned to musical director of Mariachi Vargas de Tecaliltán. Mariachi Nuevo Tecalitlán performs this amazing piece Pasos Dobles under its current musical director Fernando Martinez.
