what will the world look like if you have a thriving youth • Anders Tobias Mészáros grew up in the German speaking part of Switzerland, having a Swedish mother and Hungarian father and thereby speaking 4 languages fluently. He graduated from a private roman catholic monastery business middle school in 2011. In November 2014 he was elected as President for AIESEC in Namibia, his role includes attending Global Leadership Conferences to National Presidents and being invited to moderate conferences in Poland and Hungary. • Currently Tobias is running operations for AIESEC in Namibia leading an international team of 3 people and overlooking 3 local chapters in Namibia with 70+ members, representing AIESEC in Namibia on a National and International Level. • He believes in empowering confidence in each individual to become a better version of themselves to have a greater impact on their society. • • • This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
