Milk frother not working? Here is the FIX! • You will have to replace the solenoid valve. My machines has 3 solenoid valves. Solenoid valves are mini-pumps which pump liquids inside and out of the machine. I identified the solenoid valve responsible for pumping the steam out of the steam spout and replaced it with a new solenoid valve. Follow the following steps to identify the solenoid valve: • 1) Download the correct parts manual from the following site: • https://www.delonghi.com/en-us/custom... • 2) Identify the solenoid which pumps the steam out of the spout. You can do this by tracing the spout back to the tube behind it all the way back to the solenoid connected on the other end of the tube. For example, see the attached parts diagram of my machine. I starting tracing backwards from the spout till I identified the correct solenoid valve (Schematic Part No. 99). • https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sF-f... • 3) Go to the official DeLonghi website to identify the part number. In my case, the Schematic Part No. 99 = Part No. 5213218331 (CEME 5220VN2.7P12R44). • https://delonghi.encompass.com/parts-... • 4) Since most parts on the DeLonghi site are not available for resale , search for the part on Google. I found my part on ereplacementparts.com. • 3) Watch this video to learn how to open up your machine. •    • Video   • 4) Once the machine is open, again trace the pipe connected to the spout back to the solenoid. Double check with the diagram and replace the part. • Good luck!
