Sadhguru’s Ragi Dosa Recipe

Ragi Dosa • -To a bowl add below mentioned ingredients • Whole Ragi - 1 Cup • Idli rice - 1 Cup • -Urad dal - 1/2 Cup • Fenugreek seeds - 1 Tsp • -Rinse thoroughly with water until all dirts comes out • -Soak the ingredients with water for 3-4 hrs • -Strain water and transfer it to a blending jar • -Pour 1 serving spoon of water • -Blend to make a smooth paste • -Transfer the batter to a bowl and whisk properly for 5-6 minutes • -Cover and keep it overnight in a warm place for fermentation • -Uncover the lid and slowly mix the fermented batter • -Add 1 tsp of salt and 1/4 cup of water • -Mix slowly and properly • -Heat the Dosa tawa • -Add 1/2 tsp of oil and spread it throughout the tawa • -Keep the flame in low and pour 2 scoop of Dosa batter and spread it • -Turn the flame to high and in a minute flip the Dosa • -Cook other side and transfer it to a serving plate • -Serve spicy chutney or sambhar • #celebrityrecipe #trendingrecipes #easyrecipes #whatieatinaday #healthyrecipes #weightlossdiet #weightlossrecipe #highproteinlowcarb #highcalciumdiet
