Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan (I use cooking spray) and then lightly dust the interior with cinnamon sugar. • 2. With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, beating well. • 3. Sift the dry ingredients together and then combine with the butter mixture. Blend well. Add everything else and stir well. • 4. Pour mixture into the prepared pan (leave a little to lick the bowl-it's YUMMY!) • 5.
