In this video, I share how about my journey through depression, chronic anxiety and IBS to insomnia and through many medications doctors put me on. I was very stressed during this time of my life as doctors prescribed drugs to me like mirtazapine and Ativan that I’m STILL working on getting off due to side effects to making my gut worse off. I’m so sick of taking laxatives which caused weight loss to malnutrition that also caused bone loss which I know contributed to breaking my hip about a year and a half ago - yah start of covid.
