Windy day with new neopolitan dress

As you may know I had to return the victorian dress but was able to have a dress made similar. Found out, it’s a neoplolitan dress style. I bought the fabric cut in the wrong direction I was told so for my next one I will buy it cut in the right format and maybe a baby sky blue.
