Try this easy grilled cheese with soft scrambled eggs sandwich recipe with step by step instructions. • Ingredients • 2 slices sandwich bread • 3 teaspoons butter • 1 teaspoon milk • 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese • 1 slice American cheese • 2 eggs • A little salt to taste • A little ground white pepper to taste • Instructions • 1.Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, season with ground pepper and salt. Using a fork to beat ingredients together. • 2.Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan on low heat. • 3.Once the pan is hot and the butter has melted pour in the egg mixture. Stir until set to cook, for about 1 minute. • 4.Transfer scrambled eggs into a bowl. Set aside. • 5.Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan on medium heat. • 6.Place in 1 slice of bread. Using a spatula to move the bread around so that the butter evenly coats it. • 7.Place 1/2 slice of American cheese, 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, scrambled eggs, 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese and 1/2 slice of American cheese on the bread.
