Another big bad knife from Cold Steel. I've always loved these big folding Cold Steel blades as real men should. We'll again see how the Chinese knife industry with their original and well made designs are making it tough for the big knife companies. Cold Steel will be just fine though. That's because they continue to make knives like the Luzon: incredible size, quality, and value you'll get from the Luzon series, both 4 and 6 versions reviewed here. They feature an exterior lock to prevent closure of the liner lock. Don't expect TriAd lockup strength with this but it's a nice feature that can be ignored if you don't like it. Add in good blade steel, long comfortable handle, perfect blade finishing, molded in clip, and waveable from the pocket (!).
