Kroppkaka is a traditional Swedish Potato Dumpling filled with onions and some kind of pork (normally bacon). My version is filled with Pork Belly and I also use some Soy to get some extra punch and umami into the filling. It’s not really a spring/summer dish, but it’s so good. Especially served with some “caramelised” butter and lingon berries.
