The Bass Bite Is ON at North Park

As the trout season comes to an end, I decided to get out in the kayak and strictly go for bass. It didn't take long for me to catch my first fish, and it ended up being a great day on the water with all my fish weighing in at over 2lbs! I caught my fish on a Z-Man Original ChatterBait in white and a BOOYAH Pond Magic Spinnerbait in their shad color. The trailer I used was a Zoom Swimmin' Super Fluke Jr. in white ice. I'm looking forward to the increasing bass bite as the temperatures warm up, so long trout! • North Park Fishing Playlist: • • Fishing North Park • Disclaimer: I'm not too sure when the spawn actually starts, so it's very likely that these fish were full of shad or other baitfish in preparation for the spawn.
