Shortly after internationally known South African sculptor Lucas SITHOLE passed away, a Memorial Exhibition was held in Switzerland. • 26 sculptures in wood from private collections in Europe and from the PELMAMA PERMANENT ART COLLECTION were shown at the Galerie der Kunstsammlung, Kulturstiftung , Stadthaus, Unterseen / Interlaken, between 12th February and 9th March, 1995. • The exhibition was opened by the then South African Ambassador in Switzerland, Mr André Jaquet, on 11th February, 1995.
