This was a school project done while studying abroad in Rome, Italy in the Spring of 2011 (study abroad was done through the Architecture program at Iowa State University). Pigneto is a community in Rome. This video is meant to show and discuss the changes of Pigneto, and give a feel for the neighborhood spirit. • Some of the movie clips shown in this video are from the movie Accattone, which was filmed in Pigneto, and directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini in 1961. • The movie can be watched here: • Video
