On January 28th we headed out to Elma, WA to check out the public facilities. The municipal and federal facilities did fine. The public servants we encountered were polite and helpful. • After visiting the municipal buildings Mike headed over to check out the Grays Harbor PUD facility. The employees there locked him in a parking lot against his will.
