2022 KTM RC 125 Detailed Ride Review Better than R15

Here is the all new 2022 KTM RC 125. No changes have been made to the RC 125's 124cc, single-cylinder engine, which continues to belt out 14.9PS and 12Nm. However, just like the new RC 200, KTM has made the airbox larger, which should make the engine less peaky and more versatile. KTM has thrown in lighter alloy wheels and a new bolt-on subframe to make the handling package more charming. In addition to being lighter, the front disc is 20mm bigger than before. You get the same MRF Revz-C1 tyres, preload-adjustable monoshock and cast aluminium swingarm as the older RC 125. The old twin-projector fascia is replaced by a broader halogen headlight, flanked by the new fairing-mounted DRLs and indicators. The side fairings are new too, and these, in conjunction with the new curved radiator, direct hot air away from the rider's legs. The new RC 125 gets a bigger LCD dash, borrowed from the 250 Adventure. The display is quite informative but misses out on connectivity features. What it also skimps on is a LED headlight, which its larger siblings get. It has to make do with a simpler halogen unit. The 2022 KTM RC 125 locks horns with the Yamaha R15 V4. In terms of hardware, the two supersport machines are on par with each other. Where the Yamaha supersport edges it is in terms of performance as it has a larger 155cc mill with nearly 4PS and 2Nm more on tap.
