Stuffed pears wrapped in puff pastry, a perfect dessert for Christmas 🥰 - 11/24 Christmas Recipe Series. • Ingredients: • 4-5 pears • Walnuts • some honey • Cinnamon • 1 puff pastry • 1 egg yolk + little bit of milk • Preparation: • 1. Peel the pears, cut off the lower part and carefully hollow them out. • 2. Crush the walnuts, add a little honey and cinnamon. • 3. Fill the pears with the walnut mixture. • 4. Cut the puff pastry into squares and strips as shown in the video. • 5. Use the squares to close the pear from the bottom and press down the dough. • 6. Then use the strips to wrap the pear from bottom to top. • 7. Brush the pear with egg yolk. • 8.
