After having the Toxoptix pen light since August, I wanted to do a quick review of it and tell everyone why I think its a great product for DUI enforcement and Drug Recognition Exams. This isn't a total over view of how to use the light itself because it does have a lot of features that I didn't cover especially with the different timing modes.
