How to make TEXT TRANSPARENT in DaVinci Resolve 16

This technique is used a lot in commercials, TV show trailers and whatnot. The idea is to make the text transparent so that it shows whatever video is playing in the background. I recently saw The Drew Barrymore Show trailer and in that video, this technique is used to show her face in the background but it's behind the show name.
