The Kolomeyka (Kolomeike, Kolomejka) is a lively Ukrainian folk dance. In this fiddle lesson I demonstrate the tune at medium and fast tempos, with suggestions for bowing and fingering. Ukraine has a rich fiddle tradition, and there are at least 6,000 different kolomeyka tunes.
