Palmetto State Armory Canted Front Sight Base Test

After a 4 week wait from order to delivery I received my Palmetto State Armory midlength upper with a visibly defective front sight base. • The two links below detail my initial recognition of the problem as well as my contact with PSA regarding repair process, etc. • http://www.hausofguns.com/2014/04/01/... • http://www.hausofguns.com/2014/04/01/... • After mating it with my PSA lower I proceeded to attempt zeroing the upper using their standard M4 carbine 25 meter for 300 meter zero process. If the upper were within spec windage adjustments would have required no more than 6 clicks via standard AR-15 rear rifle sight specs. It was not.
