It was that question that started me on my journey of natural vision improvement. When I started my vision was Left Eye -5.00 with -1 for astigmatism correction, 80 degree axis and Right Eye -4.00. I learned about the Bates Method and then tried active focus and reduced lenses. After a couple months of trying things I got my first clear flash and without glasses. I was seeing perfectly clear for a few seconds.
