The Collision Active fault is one that can throw some people off when it shows up. We've had plenty of calls from customers as well as a few other dealers about what to do when this shows up. Obviously step 1 is to make sure the body is secured to all 4 joystick sensors. The next thing to check is the part we show in this video. Many people do not even realize it's there, let alone know if it is broken.
