This is Chris. He’s going to tell you about the M-10 Filtration System that is an inspiring, cost-effective way to ensure that what goes down the drain during the screen cleaning process will keep septic and plumping systems clear, Mother Earth and inspectors happy. It’s the perfect way to dispose of emulsion and ink by-products. And, this manually-operated system is a space-saver fitting securely under a washout booth (preferably one from RhinoTech). • With the use of compatible RhinoClean Green Screen Cleaning chemicals that are eco-friendly and biodegradable, the filtered liquid becomes even more drain safe. • The M-10, gravity-feed system works this way: • • during the screen cleaning process, ink and emulsion flow from the washout booth into the M-10 perforated box with filter paper. • • Next, any by-product that is missed will flow into the 2nd chamber. • • The 3rd chamber catches the final overflow to achieve maximum filtration. • • Finally, the filtered water is allowed down the drain. • The system features a 3/4 bulkhead that is 6 from the floor and 13 from the front, so that the chemical will drain out of the unit. If your drain is higher than the discharge point on the M10, you can easily add a discharge pump. • The M-10 is 23 L x 23 W x 19 H with a 12 x 17 tray on top that the chemical will drain into.
