The Project Navigator is a drawing management system that both AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD MEP share. While many of the tools within the two AutoCAD toolsets can be used in a standalone drawing environment, in order to utilize the full functionality of the software as a BIM platform you will need to work within a project environment. Using the project navigator enables multiple drawings to share information, making it a valuable resource in your building information modeling tool chest. • This video covers: • -Creating new projects and the Project Browser. • -Copying project properties, categories, drawings and support files. • -An overview and explanation of projects and the Project Navigator. • -Defining and managing the parameters of a project. • -Creating and connecting Elements, Constructs, Views and Sheets. • -Managing external references (xrefs) with the Project Navigator. • 📘 Download our FREE e-book for more expert AutoCAD tips: https://www.hagerman.com/40-autocad-t... • Stay Connected! • ►LinkedIn: / hagerman- -company • ►Twitter: / hagerman_co • ►Facebook: / hagermanco • ►Subscribe to our blog and newsletter: https://www.hagerman.com/subscribe
