To make the perfect vatha kulambu with smooth base with no-bitterness is a challenge, and this video will teach you how to make it. • ingredients • Vathkulambu masala • Bengal gram dal 1 tbsp • jeera 1 tsp • pepper 1/2 tsp • garlic 5 cloves • coriander seeds 2 tbsp • red chilli long 4 nos • coconut 1/2 grated • curry leaves 1 string • turmeric powder 2 pinches • Onion 1 no.
