A lot of people struggle to understand how you can hit your legs, and inner thighs especially with just your bodyweight. 😰 • It can be tough, but here's some things I've learned. Honestly, if you only ever did one thing for your inner thighs, do cossack squats. They're one of my favorite leg workouts, no doubt about it. 💪 • 🟥WARMUP🟥 • Cross Body Leg Swings 2x20 • Hip Controlled Articular Rotations 2x10 • 🟥WORKOUT🟥 • Sumo Squats 2x50 • Cossack Switches 3x20-25 • Cossack Squats 3x6-8 • Copenhagen Plank Raises 3x6-8 • Horse Stance Holds 3x2-5mins • 🟥STRETCHING🟥 • Frog Stretch 2x30s • Single Leg Hamstring Stretch 2x30s • Straddle Stretch 2x30s • It's a tough workout, so scale it down as necessary.
