This is a full walkaround tour review of the 2013 Kia Rio 1.4 Ecodynamics in the '3' trim paired with a 6-speed manual showing the exterior, engine and interior. • The exterior colour is Signal Red and has a black interior with grey fabric upholstery. • To sum up, the Kia Rio UB feels well built, it is simple and is quite stable for reliability, as we did not experience any major problems. This shows it is a dependable used small car which is sensible choice for first car drivers.
