This video will show you how to prepare a fast pizza dough, to proof in around two hours. This is a recipe I use almost all the time when cooking on my Ooni Karu, and is perfect for all Ooni pizza ovens! • Please be aware, ingredients, temperature and humidity may affect proofing times of your dough. • Ingredients List • 720g Pizza Flour (Use Tipoffs or '00' flour) • 450g Warm Water • 22g Salt • 14g Active Dry Yeast ( 30g if using fresh yeast) • 15g Olive Oil • This list will provide 6 - 200g dough balls, and should proof at a room temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
