This video is all about the Spectra S1 and S2 Breast Pump. If you are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed but will be going back to work, I would HIGHLY recommend this pump. It is adjustable, so you can change the suction strength as well as speed. This makes the entire experience way more comfortable than the one I got through my insurance.
