We’re back at our King’s Cross Cookery School with chef tutor Becca Roberts as she shares her recipe for homemade sausage rolls, with dried cranberries and a hint of orange zest. • Becca has used sage and pork sausages for a classic flavour combination, along with dried cranberries for a subtle sweetness, with a sprinkling of fennel seeds on top for added flavour and crunch. • We are the only supermarket to have our own Cookery Schools. You can join Becca and our other talented chefs to perfect your skills in a wide range of different classes. We have specialised kitchens in Finchley Road, Kings Cross and Salisbury and you can join our chefs virtually too. Click on the link below to find out more. • Ingredients: • 450g free-range pork sausages • 30g dried cranberries, chopped • 1 orange, finely grated zest • 6 sage leaves, finely chopped • Plain flour, for dusting • 375g ready-rolled puff pastry • 1 egg, beaten • 2 tsp fennel seeds • Click here to view the full recipe | https://bit.ly/32Xnqxh • Click here to visit our website | www.waitrose.com • To find out more about our Cookery Schools and to book onto a class, click here | https://bit.ly/3ib3Nrg
